My PI is on Tuesday, 14th April at 2:30pm...when can I expect it to get over? I wish to board a train that departs at 7.40pm or a flight that leaves at 8.50pm...is it possible? or should i book flight for the next day?

Hi Seniors. I am an OBC NC candidate. I have NC certificate issued by state government. Though, I have applied for the certificate issued by center govt, it will take some time. And we are suppose to send the docs by 3rd April. What should I do now? Please help.
