Complete shocker for me , No high Percentiler that i know have made it to merit list, one 99.9 just got wait list and 99.8's also have in wait list 100's ,seems criteria is changed. No convert for me with 99.56.
Just thinking that percentile weight age would have been low ,so any person who just hadn't come for the interview thinking about percentile and could have got the selection.
