I will have a 3.5 yrs of IT experience in Dec 2015. How worth is writing a CAT to get admission in top 10 MBA colleges in India?
Though, I have started my preparation, couple of months back,but sometimes feel unrest when I hear, IIMs and other top colleges prefer experience of 12-30 months.
Will final convert be a tough for me?

It is mentioned that average compensation of 50% of offers was INR 20.46 LPA. Then there is mentioned that 52 students got offers with CTC upwards of INR 20LPA. Aren't these two statements self contradictory? Can somebody shed some light?
