Apart from 11000 what are other charges at FMS. Leave hostels. I mean apart from hostel what will be the total cost for two years.

Hello friends..I am new player in MBA competition..My profile is 88.6/87.5/62....I had a gap of 2 years after graduation as I was preparing for Civil services but I could not not make it and instead ended with assistant manager in SBI.. If I score very good percentile in CAT(more than 99.5) this year, what is a chance to get into FMS provided that my workx would be almost 1 year by that time?? Is gap of 2 years always going to cause problem everywhere in admission process? Plz Help

I know I am being too optimistic but if the waiting list gets exhausted till 199 and they are still unable to fill all 101 seats (which might turn out to be the case looking at the current scenario though the chances are less), will they close the admission leaving the seats vacant or will they give offers to the candidates beyond wl 199 in merit ?
I had asked 5 question under RTI from FMS. Q-1 was about the weightage of CAT/PI/Extempore. Q 2-5 were about my marks and cutoff.
