Query- My graduation percentage is 81.4%. Does it come under first class or distinction?
My university degree states it as first class with distinction.
What to put in the application?
I gave my college professors' contacts as my references . Because of limited interaction, they are able to manage only 300 words in the questions asked, whereas the word limit is 2000 words. Is it enough or should I ask them to elongate it?

a) Does the application get any confirmation if the refree has submitted the referece form?
b) Can we remove the refree after he has submitted the reference form?

I needed help on this bit. I have been employed for 18 months, under a fast track program. Due to the structure of my program, I do not have pay-slips for the first year (since I was being remunerated as a Consultant), but I have my offer letter which states my joining date and pay slips for the last 6 months. I also have my TDS certificate, with my employer's details, of course.
Would all this be accepted, or do I need to furnish more documents?

One of my reference is not getting any mail at all. I have sent the mails four times till now. I am only getting confirmation in my GMAIL. The other recommendation from my same company has received the mail. But this person isn't. Really weird issue. Can someone help me. Sent a mail to them yesterday and today morning.
