People who were neither confirmed nor waitlisted - Is it the end of the road for them? Or will this waitlist get extended further?

For submission of Rs 10k to IIM Trichy, after following the instructions to go to State Bank Collect -> Student Verification fees, the amount to be submitted is set as Rs 500 (non-editable)?

everyone has been either waitlisted or rejected..clearly mentioned that once we show our interest..then out of the waitlisted people a final converts list will be prepared..

I have atteneded interview for IIMK and have been waitlisted there. All the other new IIMS have taken scores from them right... Aisa kaisey reject kar diya yaar

Confirmed Wait list Ranking will be generated and displayed on our website on 23th May 2016 from the candidates who have conveyed their willingness by remittance of Rs.10,000/-.

The final admission offers would be made to the candidates based on their ranking on the wait list.

So we need to pay 10K and wait till 23 to get results. If not converted they will refund the amount. Thats what I understood. Anyone think otherwise?

Is the final converts list out completely? Does "Sorry, Entered CAT Registration number and Date of Birth does not exist in the shortlist" mean rejected? Please clarify.

Couldn't they even write a proper rejection message which contains your name & other details than "Sorry, Entered CAT Registration number and Date of Birth does not exist in the shortlist"? This is pathetic.
