I am an NC-OBC candidate. I have an online NC-OBC certificate signed by the circle officer of the giridih district, Jharkhand. The certificate is uploaded below.
I have two queries:
- Do I need the certificate of SDM or any other senior-level officer?
- Do I have to submit the certificate in the format which is given on the cat 2021 website?
Is this certificate is valid
