Will the new campus of iim trichy be completely ready by july/august 2016 or will some part of it will be ready now and some part later in the year?

IIM Trichy is one of the best new IIMs in par with Ranchi (personal opinion). However being a North Indian person how easy/difficult it is to adapt in Trichy, What kind of a place is it, hostel, food n all? can any senior or otherwise reflect on the same?

My stream is commerce but I have mistakenly mentioned stream as Others in CAT main form. However in the common interview form for new IIMs I have filled stream as commerce only. The weightage to commerce is highest in trichy
