Hi, Seniors/Rationalists,
Any convincing answer/analysis of increase in WL movement in 2015 compared to previous years ? always it was around 250 for general and 150 of OBC . Was this unusual movement just for Nitie in 2015 (G 300, OBC 200) because of some reason or happening in general for all colleges. I have Merit 173 and I'm afraid I'll stay waitlisted 😞 . Cannot go just by 2015 analysis. Needed some convincing answer to keep my calm. #Help

Hello! Happy to let you all know that I could convert my Nitie call..
1) I'm Production Engineer with 11 month experience in an Analytics firm.. When I went through the profiles of the previous batches at NITIE one thing I noticed was that most of the batch had 2-3 years of workex.. As someone with just a 11 month workex, should I be concerned? Also will this play a big role when it comes to the Summer nd final placements?
2) Secondly, I'm expecting a convert from Iim Indore as well.. I'm definitely interested in Operations.. But the old IIM tag of Indore is very tempting.. I know Nitie is a great brand in itself.. But will this have an impact on the long run?
Please help me to make a decision and feel free to give your honest opinions..
