While institutes like L,FMS,K etc have movement arnd 160-200, How is it that NITIE only has a waitlist movement of 103 (As per last yr )

I gave CAT16 just for experience didn't get any IIMs call as expected but have 103 WL(Obc) in NITIE IM which i think have good chances. Should i join? 

BTW i'm from IIT, will it degrade my brand or should i consider ROI? Plz guide.
