I have already taken an education loan for my BTech from "PNB" which is yet to be paid. Now that I have got an admit in PGDIM from NITIE Mumbai, will "SBI" sanction me another loan as SBI is there in NITIE campus?? or I have to go to PNB only??

I have merit 276. I know last year it went till 291. What are the chances of conversion since went through few comments where people are saying w/l movements would be very diferent this year?

Important:
You are not allowed to change the course once you confirm your seat. So in case you have converted PGDISEM now and pay for it, you won't be eligible for admission in PGDIM. Same goes Vice Versa.
Is it necessary to submit the relieving letter at the time of admission? I am working in TCS and was thinking to take LWP (Leave Without Pay) in which case I won't get my relieving letter before the date of admission. I can get it after 2-3 months though. Can someone please help ?
Is it absolutely necessary to submit the Character Certificate from the Employer. I doubt my Employer will agree to issue the certificate. What should I do?
