pgdisem merit number GN 61 ..can i expect it to convvert ?

not sure about sem course ..how is it and how is it different from main im course ...do they have same same subjects ,classes ,hostel and placements orare sem  trated as a different batch altogether ?

how are the placements of sem and how much is it suitable for girls ..are the jobs typically obtained in plant or they do have office job

Dear NITIE seniors. Please give me a honest opinion about choosing between NITIE and new IIMs (iim trichi/ranchi in case i get selected). I have 3.5 years IT (service based) experience and from a good NIT from south.  

(10th 88 --12th 82)


Considering the chances of shortlisting for placements with 3.5 years experience, I am kinda inclined to operations or business consultants profile. Will it be possible for me get an above average placement in NITIE with my profile? 

Please share your views.

Do people take up other specializations than Ops and whats the placement scenario in those areas? Please help!!

What will be the exact refund amount if someone pays full fee and withdraws on time and seat is also occupied by other candidate in short  in the best case scenario. Also how much time will it take.please reply it's a big amount so I'm pretty much confused about payment and withdrawal procedure.
