While doing the payment for NITIE, I have paid the required amount 2 times as after paying for the first time, the page showed a session timed out message. Can anyone tell me who should be contacted in this case ?

I am applying for the PGDIM &PGDISEM programme at NITIE and I have 6.43 CGPA in my UG which is 62.69 percentage.While applying online and filling the form for individual semester marks,the average marks shown at the bottom is 40.15 which is clearly not my obtained marks.Since 40.15 is less than the required cutoff what should i do about this issue?

For 10th 12th, CBSE, we had additional 6th subject. So percentage has to be entered of top 5 or all 6?
Not able to upload photograph. 'File extension should be jpg only' error comes up everytime even though its an jpg file only.
I made the payment through credit card, it showed as failed. But money deducted from the card. Now I have paid through netbanking. But how would I get money back?
