What is the criteria for final selection?

I mean how much credit is given to CAT, GD/PI, Grad, X, XII, Work-ex in final selection?

This is important because I do not have good percentages in my graduation and XII.

CAT OA 97.8, Btech/XII/X- 73/83/93, GEN, 1 yr work ex
