I'm trying to apply for Scholar loan from SBI. Until today I thought they would give 100%, But today Bank manger said only 85% of the amount will provided. Is it true?

Dear Team Impact, I have converted but having a problem regarding my relieving. I could get the same by end of July. Character certificate would also be given at the same time.
