Am I eligible to apply for PGDIE@NITIE thought GATE CSE being a EC engineer?

Also how much CAT Percentile is needed to get NITIE at X/XII/BE being 95/75/75 and WorkEx:23 Months@Accenture, GEM.

Profile - 10/12/b.e. -90/90/73 graduated in 2016 Having 5 months of experience in aviation, Certification course from air India, got selected into jetairways cadet pilot training,- withdrawn as of now due to recent medical changes. Do I stand any chance getting into NITIE for pgdm. With this profile. Or any similar profile in previous year selection got into NITIE with year gaps.
