How much time does interview process takes ? I have Shillong @12 PM and Amritsar @1.45 PM. Can anyone help ?
Online interview experience with IIM Shillong, 28 April, 11 AM slot:
Joined the meeting at 11:00, was in the waiting room.
Was let in at 11:20, to be greeted by two people on screen (M and F hereforth).
After the ID proof verification, F started with a question about my hobbies. There were no further questions on this after my answer. For the next 5-6 minutes the discussion was about the Covid-19 pandemic. Use of technology, Exponential growth, factors like r0, Social Distancing vs Herd Immunity etc. F was done at this point.
Next, some questions from M about my current employer (CEO, India VP etc), their offerings and details about the verticals they are involved in. Since I am into Software Development, two questions followed that can be termed borderliine technical, but were more to do with concepts.
After this, the interview was done. Overall a good, short interview.
