Why such low movement in ews...inspite of increasing seats

I am planning to take Leave Without Pay(LWP) from my employer TCS and resign from college bcoz of some issues and last working day in TCS would be 19th May. But as per rules of LWP in TCS, it would start applying all the Earned Leaves. So in the letter they would be given it would be mentioned that I would be on LWP from 16th of July(after all the Earned leave exhaust). For Earned leave applied, it would be like I was employed there. After resignation, in my experience letter, my last date would be 16th of July. Any issue due to this considering overlap of around 1 month.

NITIE – Converted and Wait Listed
25th is the last date of refund after which if one cancels the admission 3.1 Lakhs will be deducted, but IIFT Waiting List 1 , MDI Waiting List 1 , FMS Waiting List2, IIT Delhi Waiting List 2 , IIT Bombay Waiting List 3 , XLRI , IIM I/K/L at least 1, will be released after 25th( which will easily cause a total movement of 40 to 45 ).
So, I was thinking that we should all write a mail to NITIE to reconsider either the date or the amount. If they receive 100+ mails they might consider it, since this year is different.

My son Mr.Rahulraj.s has attended virtual PI for getting into PGDIM admission. He stood 281 Ranking in MBC catagory. What is the probability of getting the admission ? Need clarification since ha developed dream of studying in prestigious NITIE.

When is the next waitlist movement happening?
All those who have converted better colleges and are gonna go for it, its my humble request to all of you, please withdraw from NITIE before 17th june. Don't wait for the last date of 25th june. This will help the waitlisted candidates like me to make it in the next list. Thank you!
