NITIE is auto calculating our Percentage without paying attention to different weights for different semesters, nor the formula followed by the University. Percentage auto calculated by NITIE is below my actual percentage. What should I do?

What percentiles usually convert PGDISEM calls? I know 95 is the cutoff but just like 98+ definitely helps in PGDM selection even though 97 is the cutoff. Any info would be much helpful! TIA
