Please find below some updates regarding the interview process :
1. Every day the interviews would be conducted between 11 AM to 5 PM. All the shortlisted candidates would be sent out an email with all the instructions the night before their interview, as previously informed.
2. Every day our Faculty Coordinators will give a welcome address at 10 AM to all of the candidates who have their interviews scheduled on that particular day for which you will receive a link.
What is the form number that is needed to name the pdf file? Is it the same as application number?
Hello, With high compression of the pdf we're supposed to upload, some of the details are gettinga bit fuzzy. So is that going to be a problem?

The form number is the userId to log in the system or the application id that we got in confirmation email. Please help. Thank you!
Hey I got interview call letter mail just now but my CAT Id mentioned is incorrect in the mail. Anybody else with same issue?
My PI is scheduled on 6th. I received a mail (call letter for online PI) with my name but the wrong CAT ID (I checked, it isn't my application ID either) and the mail states that I've already been sent the link of the interview which I haven't yet received.
@heelakshaynew Can you or someone else please look into this and help me resolve this issue?
The interview slots are from 11am-5pm. So has everyone been given a different meeting joining time or is it 11 for everyone ?

It's been reported that some of the aspirants did not receive the Microsoft Teams Interview Link. We advice you all to also check your respective spam folder. In case if you still don't find the email/interview link, please do mail us on [email protected]. We will send you the meeting invite.
My interview is on 6th. I haven't received the link to the meeting yet.

We request all the candidates to please ignore the CAT ID mentioned in your respective email. Due to a technical glitch on our end the CAT ID hasn't turned out to be dynamic. We regret the inconvenience caused. Please do not panic and reach out to your respective mentor for any issues you face so that we will address them at the earliest.
Request to AdCom- please inform the sequence beforehand. In some of the other interviews, people had to wait 2-3 hrs just for the panel to take them in randomly. It's tiring and shows bad management.
We don't have to submit again for uploading the documents, right ?

I received mail yesterday about getting shortlisted however the link was missing so i mailed to [email protected] about this however i haven't received the link yet (my interview is on 06/04/2021 11 AM slot)
