I have accepted the offer tat IIM Amritsar and paid the fee. If I convert to IIM Nagpur, then I have to pay the fee and accept the admission offer and then I will withdraw from IIM Amritsar. This is the procedure, right?

I am unable to get due to covid lockdown / restrictions EWS certificate assessed for Financial Year 2020-21 and valid for the Financial Year 2021-22.
