Wl 26 obc after 2nd list. The hopes after the first list movement were so high and now even 26 seems to be a big number to me. Can it be converted? So that i can do something with my job or my next plans to do if i dont get this?

Hello Adcom, Please let me know about the refund policy of IIM Sambalpur. I have requested for the withdrawal process on 07/06/21. But I didn't receive any confirmation mail and on the website it showing " your withdrawal Request under process". Also I mailed IIM Sambalpur but no reply. Please let me know exactly how many days needed to process the same.
