As per my discussion with the allumni of scit,the institution is not good for DSDA.the placements are not at all good.as per the current batch out of 35 people only 15 are placed. Is this true?

I converted SCIT Data science and analytics. Should i really join this college? As i already have 2.5 years of work experience. Also, first installment of 4 lakhs has to be paid by 28th march. So even if i pay the first installment will i get refund if i wish to cancel admission in future before programme commencing date?
