@akshay2005 Any achievement/extra curricular/co-curricular is worth mentioning, if you have the confidence to speak about it (Irrespective of whether you have a certificate or not!). They don't have the time or patience to go/read through & verify the certificates of say around 5000 students coming for GD-PI (assuming 100 seats and 1:50 call ratio). So all they're going to do is take your word for it, PROVIDED you can justify or speak about it with confidence when any question is asked, relate it to the MBA education that you're looking for!
So what if you have only sports achievements? Don't you do team work, emotion control, show maturity (say accepting you got out in cricket even when umpire/others say otherwise), strategize as per opposing teams plans/skills, leadership and so many other things in sports? You may not be doing it knowingly, but unknowingly that is what you're doing!! So be confident and go ahead and put what you have (even ones without certificates!) if you can speak about it at length!
Anything like that is good enough to add to your profile, and there is nothing called "good" or "bad" profile. It all depends on how you portray it, how you sell it!!

GIM has never accepted CAT Scores. You need to apply through XAT/CMAT Score.

Yes, you can apply for both PGDM & PGDM-HCM.

from employer I have some four but nothing from ssb reason being I took medical rejection(complicated coz my school, sainik school asks back the scholarship if I completely clear and still not join) hence I didn't get call from either NDA or naval academy. I cleared it soon after my +2. Why mba pretty much not figured out but one reason is money and other is options will be diverse for career and definitely I am not going to be an entrepreneur or a benevolent social worker I am a pure breed of capitalism

I believe that for PGDM-Retail & PGDM-FS , KJ - SOM accepts CMAT scores...
@ethanhunt1230 : Good Post.. The way u have put forth your message is really good. You need to make it understand to the interviewer the same way or even better to convince them.
Finally, at the end of the day, you need to realize that, they are the one who decide which candidate they need!!

From this year, All PGDM Courses will be accepting CMAT Scores.
They have PGDM, PGDM IB, PGDM Retail, PGDM FS, PGDM IMC.
As per your interest, you may apply to any number of courses.. !!
For people who are interested in TAPMI... Last date was 15th Jan 2012 last year. I also remember last time they extended it to 15th Feb... Please wait till the deadline if you are not able to decide..
Is there any chance LBSIM will open after the results?? And what all colleges will be available to apply after the results in the bracket of 85-95%ile??
