Hello puys my profile is as follows :10th - 91.2%
12th - 79.50%
BE - 81.70%
10th and 12th are from Karnataka board.And BE from Visveshwaraya Technological University.
Guys i just wanted to know that if i score a 98+ in CAT 2012 can i expect a call from IIM Indore/Kozikode as i have a very low academic profile and zero work experience to add to my misery. Please PM me friends.

Is this low academic record?
Well, Now as far as IIM calls are concerned, nothing can be predicted as of now.
No one knows what happens in IIM GD PI Shortlisting process,
Though you may expect call from newer IIMs as their criteria for GD-PI were 97%tile in CAT last year.

I can't comment anything about Older IIMs like IIM I and IIM K.
So better you wait till GD PI shortlist out..

DOB - 14.11.1987
10th - 65% from WB board
12th - 46%(Science) from WB board...stretched for 1 year
Graduation - 53%(Commerce) from IGNOU...stretched for 2 years
Work Experience - more than 5 years in Customer Service, full time, acquired simultaneously while completing graduation

@saiket Sorry for being very blunt, but your acads (and that too with stretches in XII & grad!) maybe a big hindrance in getting into top B-Schools in the country. Also work experience criteria usually states "Any full-time work exp after graduation"! So I doubt if your work exp will be considered or not! There are probably some Tier III institutes and others under CMAT/MAT that you can probably target.

hello puys,
i m a fresher currently doing my b.e-e.c.e final year with no work experience..

my profile is

10th-94 percent(c.b.s.e)
12th-93 percent(tamil nadu state board)
b.e-cgpa is 9.10 (anna university)

hav done a couple of paper presentions in i.i.m-a and i.i.m-k.....i have no idea about my c.a.t performance..highly unpredictable....did decently though....is there any top b-school that wud be happy wid my profile wid a decent cat cut off so that i could apply for them now???...please give ur suggestions.......

You can apply to - IIT Bombay and other IIT's.

Some more options - IMT GZB(might re-open), TAPMI, BIM-T, IMI(might re-open).
