no Idea, it depends on number of applicants and Admission windows are still open for all the IITs. So, I would prefer not to make any speculation regarding to the IITs' cut off.

@myrasail chances are low for Welingkar Mumbai core program..but you can aim for other Welingkar mumbai program and Welingkar Banglore..
