My overall CAT score is 79.06 percentile.
(71.03 percentile in QA,DI & 83.29 percentile in VA,LR)
Requesting you to kindly let me know the colleges that I can apply for.

Sorry for the delay. As you can see quite a lot of people posting here and it takes time to go through one by one. Also sure to miss out few, which I'll have to revisit later to find out!!

Consider applying to XIME & IFMR (borderline chance).

Nothing to be disappointed buddy! I strongly believe in the saying - "Everything happens for a good reason"! So rest assured "Picture abhi baaki hai mere dost"!

One saying I'm using since last few days - Success is not what you DO/KNOW now, it is what you CAN/WILL in future. One failure in CAT is not the end of the road. There are people who take up CAT up to 6 times to get into their dream institute!!!! Read through the "All I Wanted to Speak About CAT" thread and you'll see. You'll also get some motivation from there.

Contemplate/Think of one more MBA exam season on 2013-14!! DO NOT lose hope. Take this as a stepping stone. Realize your mistakes, understand where you went wrong and work on them to come back with a vengeance next time!!! :mg: All the Best! :cheerio:

@avinashkrjha Well sir, iam the admission co-ordinator for the present session. so i do have certain idea of cut offs. Moreover being the student there among odd 120 people you certainly get to know the cut off and conversions. How about another attempt at CAT and other exams in 2013-14 season? Is MBA a compulsion this time? Honestly I wouldn't recommend joining for any MBA programme just for the sake of doing it!!

I got 76.80 in quants ad 85.87 in verbal and overal 82.83 percentile..
My 10th and 12th CBSE results are 87% and 84.8%

I m from SRM university and the university topper and have many scholarships ,with CGPA of 9.84.I participated in a national level contest and won.

I am a fresher.This was my first attempt.Seeing the cut offs for IIM-Kashipur,Udaipur and Tiruchurapally,do u think i have a chance of getting selected? Apart from these i applied for IMT-G/FMS....please suggest something :(
