Apply to IIT roorkee, IIT Kanpur, IIT madras..
Further consider applying to MICA, TAPMI, IMT Ghz, K J Somaiya.

You are on a border line as far as IMT and KJ SOM PGDM are concerned.
Though I would suggest you to apply to MICA,TAPMI, K J SOM IB, BIM T and SPM.
