S.P.Jain Finance is good along with JBIMS, Mumbai.

NITIE offers General Management degree where people take electives to reflect specializations in Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, IT and may be even a mix of electives to reflect interest in General Management and Consulting profiles.

Didn't apply for NITIE

I have 97.79 in CAT with 95+ in both sectionals and 11 months of software work ex

10th - 87, 12th -88, BE - 69.9

have applied for IMT-G, IMI, KJ So, and going to do so for IIT's

Done pretty well in Snap and expecting calls from SIBM Pune and NMIMS- Mumbai

Apart from NITIE, SJMSOM ( IIT Mumbai) and S.P.Jain Mumbai are considered to be among best in Ops by industry.

Apart from them, IIT Delhi can be tried as well for Ops. Also, if interested dearly in Ops, you can try for SIOM Nashik ( through SNAP) .

Apart from above if we go for any other college, I will suggest to select specialization other than Ops/SCM.

OA - 91.76

QA - 68.75

VA - 97.97

X - 88.2

XII - 90.4

Grad - 51.4 (Economics, SRCC) (Fresher)

I have applied to Fore, LBS, UBS, IFMR, IMT (G+N), NIRMA, FMS-BHU, TAPMI, Wellinkar,Great Lakes, IMI (B+K)...from whr all do i stand a chance for sure? Also I have applied for XIMB-PGDM (Odisha domicile) via CAT...can i expect a call frm there? Also i would like to know whether applying to kj somaiya and jbims would be a good idea? Any other good colleges where i can apply? Please advice.

For Ops, NITIE, IIT-B, SPJAIN are the top options.

At your score, you can consider applying to

IIT Kgp

IIT K

IIT R

IIT Madras

TAPMI

BIM-T

You can also look forward to apply to SIOM, Nashik if you are genuinely interested for Ops.

X-79 XII-81.8 grad-86 from VIT in 2012 no experience

general category

which colleges should I apply? I have applied to FORE and IMT and thinking of applying to IIT?

Are MDI, NITIE and IMI forms be available again?(didn't apply )

please help

NITIE window won't be open again!! Same would be the case with MDI.

IMI might or might not open it as per past trends.

For sure --> Fore, UBS, IFMR, IMT N, NIRMA, FMS-BHU, TAPMI, Wkar.

Borderline --> IMT G

Good chances for XIMB as well.

You can consider applying to KJ-SOM, BIM-T.. !!

ur take.......SPJIMR rejected me....no chance fr NITIE/IITs

nt too much interested in OPERATIONS.....kinda confused between OPERATIONS n MARKETING

If not sure of Operations and stand a chance for SIBM and SCMHRD, I will suggest to go for Marketing. They are much better in Marketing when compared to Ops from industry's perspective.

SNAP - 91.6 Percentile
Applied for SIBM-P ans SCMHRD-P
I know SIBM-P is not gonna look @ this score. Any chances for SCMHRD?

XAT - expecting ard 27 but for conservative purposes can say 25

VA - 6.5 approx
DM - 10 approx
QA - 10approx

I have not applied for any other coll except XLRI thinking that i wud get a call for my SNAP score( overconfident)

I have applied for CMAT today.

I am so desperate to do MBA this yr as i have 2.5+ yrs work ex. Can you give me some kinda directions as to how should i proceed?

IMI is again open..till 21st jan !!...so you can apply there :)
