But as per my view, you might have good chances in most of the IIT's.

Xth 88.2; XIIth 91.6; 3.5 yrs work ex in 2 Firms ; Graduation 73.6
What can i expect ? i have not applied to mdi,nitie,fms
only chance from new iims will the new iims entertain this profile?

@ohio dont lose hope.. u can apply to christ college bangalore... there are many other colleges u can apply to at that percentile... just do some research...

You are on a border line for Newer IIMs as per the last year's trend.
Same with NITIE,
You may get MDi call but its hard to convert it with this score,
Though try to perform exceptionally well in GDPI.
And You may get XIMB call, very good chances.
As per the last year's trend, sure call from IMT Ghz, and fair chances of convert.
But since your current package is 7.2lpa, Better not to apply for IMT and GLIM, I would suggest you to target top 20 institute only..

Apply to IIT kgp this year.
IIM Ranchi's PGDHRM is new program started last year, 96.xx%tile was the cut off I guess.

Top 20 Only IMO, FMS,MDI,NITIE,IIMs,IIT Bombay,IIT Kgp..
IIT kgp doesn't ask for sectional, and they give profile based calls, so you may apply there.
