Can't say regarding SNAP Colleges. This is the first time that they have given %iles.

Other option through CAT could be -- KJ RM/FS/Communication

Avg pkg at IIT R is around 7-8.

Depends on the institute.

You need to check with every individual institute.

Mostly, you don't have to do anything. Or else, you just have to update your score on some portal.
