60% MiCAT + 20% QA Score of CAT + 20% of VA Score..
You have to perform good in MiCAT to get shortlisted.

Is it possible to get selected for any AAA B-school(Top-20 ranked) with such low marks in Grads even if I am able to better my %ile ? (This time I had just 1 month of prep b4 CAT)

@avinashkrjha Yes, but ultimately work experience and quality of the work experience matters a great deal to employers, which is kind of the whole point of the MBA / PGDM anyways, isn't it? I am not trying to promote any college as my good friend @ajaygovindg has accused me of on other fora 😃 no offence taken, but I have joined Athena School of Management even though it isn't such a recognized PGDM right now because they have a great board of directors who have contacts in various MNCs which I believe will help in placements. It's a gut feel. No program can ensure 100% placement but the faculty and directors do influence placements and I found Athena to have both in place. They have Mr. Todarwal from Todarwal & Todarwal, they have Ms. Dutta from DLF Primarica, among others and they are based in Mumbai which is a haven for jobs. I am just giving my two cents on why I chose my PGDM program. Not to say that other colleges, institutes can't provide the same. And no govindg, I am not a marketer! :D
