I'm having issue uploading photo and sign. The measurement is 3.5cm x 4.5cm. And after adding sign it is 3.5cm x 6cm at 200 pixel dpi at a size of 42KB. It still says incorrect format. Could someone tell me what is it that I'm doing wrong here. Thanks
