Hello guys. I have jsut done my payment through SBI COLLECT. I was trying to fill the form from last 6-7 days but the site server was too sow and not reponding most of time with giving errors like "This Service is unavailable" and the 7 reasons problem. Somehow i completed the first & second step by filling the form between 2AM to 5AM yesterday. As I am seeing so may candidates are facing problem, the main thing i discovered is the origianal IB website i.e. https://www.recruitmentonline.in/mha11/ is not working as the load on the server is more. instead of that use http://www.recruitmentonline.in/mha11/ this. its faster than the earlier website and one can easily fill the form, specially the candidates who are unable to compete their registration and first step the form. And one more thing, fill the form from cyber cafe or with fast internet speed (if possible), as in cyber cafe website is running smoothly. If any problem persists, just feel free to ask and i request other candidates also to help so that everyone can fill form. ALL THE BEST GUYS. KEEP TRYING FILLING THE FORM. YOU WILL DEFINITELY GET SUCCESS IN THE END.

If you cannot pay online for whatever reason, you can try paying OFFLINE. For that you must print the challan today (raat 12 baje se pehele) then you have time to make payment till 05/09/2017, as per notification.
I have generated chalan but able to pay fees on 5 September but do I have to confirm and submit application because in that it shows fees un paid..which is going to be complete after paying fees .
So chalan generate krne ke baad submit krna hai ya nahi?

Do as they have said in notification. make a box of that specific size. paste ur pic and undersign it. then have it scanned. and ask cafe wala ki 50 kb size kr do. then upload it directly. online ka mujhe nai pta. i have done this way only
How to do online payment , it showing verify data and try again after filling registration number.
