in Extra curricular activities in the form it has been asked to mention activities such as games, sports, cultural and literary....can i write about SAE competions that i have participated?.
Just to inform..I could see Board and % of marks obtained for 10th Standard..others details like year, max marks, etc. are still blank.
Another thing I have used 90 words for extra curricular activities part..and everything is coming fine in the downloaded form.
In my form mobile no. and nationality are coming blank and i cannot edit it. Please help

I've submitted and downloaded the PD form. 10th marks were not populated except percentage, Max CGPA came as 80, Work Exp differs from time of filling and now, Apart from these no issues. Obviously, i can't change after final submit. Will explain the issues during verification.
@vndkumar222 - If we explain the reasons for discrepancies in forms, will the verification panel members accept? Pls share your experiences and worst case scenario if any...
Can I enter just the final cgpa ? My transcript only has final cgpa mentioned in it
What is the last date to submit the form? Is it today midnight or tomorrow?
1. I have individual semester marksheets compiled in a single pdf. I have a separate consolidated marksheet as well. The consolidated one does not specify semesterwise results. However, the individual semester marksheets do. Since they have asked for semesterwise results, I am assuming that semesterwise marksheets are to be uploaded in a single pdf. Am I correct?
2. In my current role, My joining date was 17th May. Payslips started from August. I don't have payslip for first 14 days in May. Are August and December payslips sufficient along with the offer letter?
1. Overall marks/gpa is automatically populated but it is not frozen. But Cgpa calculation in my college is not based on average. It is based on weighted average. Can we manually edit the cell (where it shows overall marks/gpa) since it is not frozen?
2. Also, what do we fill in the division cell? My grad cgpa is 8.92 and 12th is 85%

Please help. I thought first and last salary slips are required for the current job since I am still working there. I attached that. For the previous jobs I attached the proper experience certificates. Were the slips needed for all the roles even though we have the work experience certificates?

For conversion of gradepoints to percentages, it is mentioned that we have to get a letter from university authorities. In my gradesheet it is clearly printed in the backside that 'For conversion into percentages, cgpa may be multiplied into 100' . Still do i need to get a letter from authorities? Also i do not have my first salary slip and I have last salary slip and Offer letter. Would it be suffice? Kindly help @vndkumar222
