M1- so how many grids are thr
Me- 81
M1- so thr must be 81 unknowns?
Me - no sir it depends on the difficulty level.
Less unknowns level easy.. and as the unknown increases so is the difficulty !!
M1 -- *doesn't look convinced * ok how would write the constraint in the equation form ?
Me - started off by saying that sum of rows columns and small square of 3×3 should be 45 and the range should 1-9 and should be distinct !!
M1 - * still not convinced *
M2 - so how many calls do you have
Me- sir among old IIM's only Lucknow and rest all new IIM's Except rohtak.

Me- because the wire is much thicker
M1- max current capacity of the wire
Me- 15A
M1- are you sure?
Me - sorry sir it's around 1.7 times the rated capacity
M2-* looking thru my acads.. how come grads are always ranging in 60's and less
Me- i will b honest sir ...i was not motivated enough and lacked inspiration as student until 2011 when i was not eligible to sit in the placement drive for many companies beacuse of my 12th percentage...then i realised the real value of education..till then i was satisfied with my average performance. ..but when i saw average students(frds) like me turning thr life around thru education...i found my inspiration!!!
M2- no you are not honest
Me - yes sir i m..
M2 - so what were you doing in the 4 years in engg.

*both look pleased after hearing that*
M2- still i think you will not be able to survive here....4 backlogs in one go..and you are gone.
Me- sir although i have poor grads throughout. . But i never failed in one..as i was saying i have been trying to grow as a student...and hunger to learn and do well has grown exponentially over the last 5 years.
M1- how
Me- after joining this company... i came to know the areas i was weak in... so i did two 6 months course to overcome those challenges.
M2- what did you learn
Me- first of all i was quite weak in the understanding of PLC and drives....that i learn... also as a student my attitude changed. ...instead of sitting in the last bench...i sat on the first..actively participated in the class.. my performance and confidence rose to a point where i was applauded by fellow colleagues and seniors.
I was made the head Shift incharge within a year.
M2- still i think you will not be able to sustain it here.
Me - as you can see in the last 5 years. ..after passing out... my graph took a upward trajectory... i was graded excellent in both those courses...among 70-80 students.
Also i m preforming really well in the company too.
M2- did u have any documents to support that.
Shown my promotion letter as well the certificates of the courses.
M2- what abt the last two years.
