30 days are up for my rti response to be posted. How will i recieve rs. 250 per day after 30 days of non receipt of response. DD or Online payment?

I called the AO today and they told me this verbatim,
"Hamare admissions complete ho gye h, ab koi list nhi aayegi"
[Our admissions are complete, no lists will come now]
I have no idea why they said this. Can anyone confirm?
Anyone converted in 3rd list(PGP)?
Based on info from other L WA groups, only 1 seems to have converted ABM in NC-OBC today
Third list for admissions has been compiled today and mails were sent to people who converted. They may be or may not be more lists. Last date for payment of fee is 6/6/17. Please go and check on website(same link) for any details regarding your admission.
P.S : I don't know how many people converted in this list and I cannot be sure of any lists further. Please don't any questions regarding these.

Called up AO, general Mei it didn't move much(may be 0) and very less chances of releasing next list. Also said compared to last year WL movement was very less

Has any non engineer with <96 in quant got through? A lot of stellar profiles/scores have been rejected, all with low quant scores.
