There is no need to come. You can send it by post but make sure that it reaches by 18th.

comparisn of institutes is against the rules of pg. kindly look up the respective institutes' websites to come to a conclusion. pls refrain from posing such questions in the future.

i'm pretty sure you would be able to come to a conclusion if you do your background work regarding the course , college etc. :)

weigh your options carefully & follow your heart. i'm pretty sure you'd be satisfied.
