A silly query:- 1)Since I hav downloaded d form ,It has 4 pages ,Shud I staple them together or keep them loose. 2)R there any enclosures 2 b sent with d form ( doc 4 co-cirricular activities etc...) ? If yes ,shud they b attached with d form or kept separate? 3) Hw shud I send d form ? In any plain envelope?
1) Neither staple them nor keep them loose, keep them together with the help of gem clips, which would be in the shape of a triangle. 2) Yes, put them together as said above. 3) Any Plain Envelope......... Preferably A4 size.

i purchased the FORE form for admissions 2009-2011. there is no where mentioned in the form about which course to apply. can i apply to both courses by a single form?? i didnt got an envolpe to post the form.(may b it wasnt there) wer to send the form?
