the gd-pi centres for this year are new delhi, bangalore, chennai, kolkata and mumbai

hello seniors
i didnt get a call for PGDM with OA 92.18%
fell short in DI with only 53%
QA-93.9%
VA-91.67%

Can i expect anything now from fore?? (inclusion in 2nd list)

hello seniors ,
i clear the sectional cut off for FORE but by OA is 90.47 .. just missed the cut off with few points ..is there any second list that could be expected ...do i have any chance ??

i dnt think ...there would be second list for the shortlisitng...as the logic goes...the number of students who have applied would be already large to go for ROUND 2....where as second list etc comes for final shortlisiting ...when the students dont joing the college till the last date

What are your sectionals ?? I think they have some min cut off like 50 percentile in each section ??

the minimum sectional percentile is mentioned in the mandatory disclosure..u didnt chk???

i got 91.5 OA.wat is the conversion rate at this %tile.and secondly wat r the no.of seats in pgdm.
thr is no disclosure abt hostel.does fore provide with hostel.and if yes wat is the fees.is thr any gd-pi thread for fore??

Conversion rate depends on how well you perform in GDPI. The mandatory disclosure says that
CAT 45%
GD/PI 30%
Educational background & work Exp. 25%

Also Fee (Annually) : Rs. 3.00 Lacs per annum including
Tuition Fee and other charges*.
* Other charges includes expenses on student books, Course material and its Development charges, sports fee, students activity fee, maintenance of facilities, and promotional expenses etc.

The no. of seats for PGDM is 180 and for PGDM(IB) its 60.

It would be of immense help if some one can put up the link for last years GD/PI experience.

and for the fellow puyan's who made it to FORE what will be your further course of action for GD/PI i mean how u guy's are starting it up??

Hi all,

FORE Form No. 11190

I have been shortlisted for GD-PI for PGDM(2009-2011) programme, but
the exact date of GD-PI is mentioned as "from 17th Feb onwards".

I also have GD-PI calls from few other b-schools during the same time i.e. the second half of Feb, so I request the seniors from Admissions Committee/Department/Office at FORE to please let me know the exact date at the earliest.

This would enable me to organise all my GD-PIs comfortably in a proper manner so as to avoid any overlapping, and distance them sufficiently if possible.

Seniors from Admissions Committee/Department/Office please help.

There were sectional cut-offs.
Check mandatory disclosure on FORE website.
