They are planning their state only Local +non local..... Full advantage.... But our CM gave permission to write xam as non local for them... This year also he will give....
Actual Problm is after state bifurcation..1200 employees are in middle of sea... Both states giving salary without assigning work...so Telangana CM is saying to recruit those 1200 employees back..... If it happens.... There will be no recruitment In AP also....

Also Next year elections... So after November, 2018...no chance of recruitment so before October all recruitment will come...And Process will be end....
