Hii frnz I got selected as an asst manager in IDBI bank through Manipal 2014-15 nw am under training which vl b continue fr 6mre mnths... Now I got selected fr BOB also..!! am in confusion so frnz i need ur valid nd valued suggestions in choosing the right Bank !!!!!

What is format of it ?
Does Service Bond ( Format which was attached in mail ) have any connection with it ?

I had computer as Subject in 10th and 11th but not in 12th .I have DTP certificate ( Random Institute from which I did that course during School Vacations ) .. Do I need Any additional certificate ?
