I am working as a clerk in rural bank in bihar ,mbgb, joined 6 months back, currently serving bond period. They are saying that they will just provide me the attested photocopy of my documents.and one letter saying that they have all of my original documents with them.will it work ? They have all my documents from 10th to btech.help me . Thanks in advance.

I just finished the Psychometric Test. It will try to gather your attitude towards society, family and friends and how you scale morality in your life.
This test is qualifying in nature so make sure you answer the questions carefully and in one direction. For instance, it was asked if you like being adventurous and later on it asked if sky diving scares you and wheather you like being on a high speed roller coaster. So do not answer in a contradictory manner.

At last what msg u all got "responses has been saved and test has been successfully submitted" actually at last when test was about to end there was one msg which said do you want to submit test and by mistake no was clicked but response came back as "responses has been saved and test has been successfully submitted"
They will be releasing interview dates after 20 only, i think so!!
completed psychometric test. its based on the following things.. 1.are u a risk taking person? 2.are u willing to help people in need? 3. how much importance u gives to moral and traditional values? 4. do u believe in science or in spiritual based things? 5. are u a person who likes arts?6. are u easily drawn by the rewards, appreciations ? 7. do u like to be alone or otherwise? 8. do u believe in hardwork or fotune?
These 8 questions have been asked in different ways upto a number of 122. so try to answer with ur brain. simply they are checking your attitude,emotional stability, mental stability. even though there are some general questions it doesnt matter i t hink. so be sure about what s u r opinion about these things and never change ur attitude for the same question which s asked in a different manner, which i had done. hehe. :)

hi frinds after complition of 122nd question "your response saved" msg ke lava kuch huvaa.........i am speaking about PSYCHOMETRIC TEST. Hw to know wether it saved or not???
