Ar we required to submit documents not shown at time of pi/gd in 7 days as i was told then and there or at the time of selection?

Hi i have attempted 150questions. I am expecting 140 to 145 marks in obc (PH) category. My descriptive was an avg I Think i may get 160/250 is there any chance and,gd avg and my interview was good.

Guys who are searchin for the chances, get a look over the previous year merit scores and add around 2 marks in that.. if you come into that window then surely you are going to be in..
Friends i have a doubt, will they add the online test+descriptive(250)+gd,pi(50) and divide by 3 to convert to hundred or is there any other method?
