Guys how they calculate cut off out of 100 in the final.. For eg last time it was 131.75 out of 250 for obc n gd interview 17.5 each.. N cut off for first batch was 61.42..how??

Done with GD/PI....date 11-07-17...time- 2:00pm.... Venue- Jaipur. GD topic- does india need bullet train or good railway-road infrastructure. Staff was co-operative....ppl were speaking in both hindi and English Panel members were also good they asked questions in both hindi and english so i also answered in hindi and english No subject questions/ no banking questions...only asked personal questions, current affairs, govt. Schemes.

Gd/pi on 10th jamshedpur r.o. bistupur.... 2 pm. Total 20 candidts dvived in 2 grps... Total 5 absent my was 1st grp..... First gd toipc was should adhaar be made compulsary for all or not....... After that pi by same panel in the same conference hall panelof 1 female nad 3 gentle men..... No intro nothing about bob..... Jst why banking after eng honours.... Then aome of authors name of literature.... Then mam asked pmjdy, atal pension, jevan jyoti beema, suraksha bima yojna and also there premiums answeres ol xcpt author name..... Also another sir asked about fav poet.... Then per capital income, micro and macro economy, gst, demonitisation.... Took around 15 min my wss lill longer than eve one else.... Hope for the best..... N best of luck for evryone else....

3rd floor candidates document verification with simple biodata form + undertaking + documents check list + u r given ur mains admit card + ur online application printed by them itself and the result and anlaysis of your psychometric test. And 1-22 tags are given out.
All 22 were present
Attendence sheet is signed and thumbed plus biometric verification for IN and OUT both taken same time.
Then 1-11 candidates are taken for GD
GD topic "should Pakistan artistes be thrown out of country"
6 judging member plus 1 GD time buzzer moderator.
3mins given to write down points then each one given 1minute to speak out their views. They were choosing randomly by calling out number.
Then 5minute for discussion
1minute for conclusion. Panel members told beforehand ki someone has to conclude.
We went for verification completion, doc verification people were very friendly, and next 12-22 was taken for GD
Topic: Demonetisation effects on bank good or bad.

Mine was tag number 1, so-called for interview the panel members seatings were changed. With 2females around 35-40 and one 40-50
3 males all above 40

So what advice tips you give? I interrupted saying I wasn't financial analyst but business analyst to handle clients

I am from ECE so I thot he is asking PN junction diode n i asked but he didn't object and M1 interrupted and asked M2 what is he asking ? So he said participatory note (I said no I dont know)

So if you are placed in some rural place how will you manage ?
