Is there any chances of everyone getting the least qualifying marks in gd/pi if they have spoke atleast once in gd and average performance in pi ? Or there are exceptions

Venue--Hyderabad, Quality inn
As soon as I went, they give me 2 forms (biodata) and biometric verification is done. After that there is document verification.---(CBSE people, do carry your pass certificate along with the marks copy of your 10th class). According to the list they have, they took 10 of us for GD, PI first. The rest 10 of us waited for almost an hour.
GD topic: Smart work or hard work, which is better? (The other panel had, " Should private banks also to be nationalised?")
It was a healthy discussion. Both GD and PI happened in the same room.
Interview: As I had work experience in an NGO, they asked me a lot of questions about it. They asked what happened in GD? What was my opinion? Then they asked me to talk for 5 minutes about banking. That's it.
Everyone was interviewed fro 5 minutes on an average. Almost all of us attmpted written in the range of 120-130.
Don't worry if you did not have any document. They will take an undertaking and you have to produce it at the time of joining if you are selected.

Psychometric Assessment, Group Discussion and Personal Interview
The aggregate marks of candidates qualifying in the Online Test will be arranged in descending order in each category and the candidates in the order of merit, subject to approximately 4 times the number of intake in each category, will be called for Psychometric Assessment, Group Discussion and Interview. The qualifying marks in Psychometric Assessment, Group Discussion & Interview will be as decided by the Bank.
The Psychometric Assessment will be qualifying in nature. The final merit list for selection will be on the basis of performance in Online Test (objective + descriptive), Psychometric Assessment, Group Discussion (GD) and Interview.
Each and every short listed candidates for Group Discussion & Interview has to appear for Psychometric Assessment failing which, candidature of such candidate will be cancelled
