it is not a merit wise because last year example 7th nov is first day of interv and morning.....he did n't selected....he told because of less marks in written

Reached interview location by 8AM. We were given two forms to fill-up biodata. They told to arrange the documents in sequence order. SSC marks sheet,+2,Graduation certificate, caste certificate, if any other certificates which are relevant to your academics. They asked to show Original Certificates but I provided them provisional certificates along with custodian certificate as my college did not issue the original certificates yet.After document verification, we were asked to wait for GD.The topic was, Is the Marketing essential for Banking Growth? We were 10 members and They had given 2 minutes time to think on that topic.After that They had given 13 minutes time to discuss on that topic and told that One should conclude after completion of that time within 2 minutes of time.All the members participated enthusiastically. Interview was started at 2'O clock. They asked everyone the basic questions on banking. If the person having gap after graduation they are asking the reason for that almost everyone is from B.Tech background so basic question why you choose banking rather than engineering? What is banking? Why banks? If There are no banks what will happen?My Interview went like this..Me: Wished them good afternoonPanel: What's your name?
Me: RajeshPanel: You are from CSE, 2016 passed out right?Me: Yes sir.Panel: What do u know about banks? What is Banking?Me: AnsweredPanel: Ok, you can leave.Me: I was shocked coz they asked just two questions. I felt little bit tense.Panel: You can leave RajeshThis is my Experience friends. My experience of GD/PI.
My interview was on 14th in Jamshedpur at 2p.m.
The batch was of 20 people out of which 2 were absent.
Around 3 p.m. they called 10 people for GD and I was one of them, by then document verification had not started.
Inside the conference room the panel was of four, three gentlemen and a lady. The topic was "Should ministers be allowed to carry on their profession alongside their ministership?". It was in the light of Mr. Navjot Singh Siddhu who laughs at the show of Kapil Sharma and has not attended the office of the Deputy Chief Minister of Punjab for even a single day.
I put forth that ministers should not be allowed that because if they do their job and ministership simultaneously, they would end up doing nothing representable on both the fronts and I gave arguments to support my answer.
GD went pretty well, I was able to speak for 4-5 times.
After the GD was done we were made to sit outside for 5 minutes approximately and after that interview started. First candidate went in and his interview lasted for 15 mins approx and I was the second candidate so I went after him.
I greeted the panel and sat,
1. What was your stream in your graduation?
Me- answered.
2. Tell us something about Ranchi (as I am from Ranchi)
Me- answered.
3. Why did you not join TCS? (I told them I was selected in TCS in my placements but did not join).
Me- answered
4. What is stock exchange?
Me- answered
5. What are derivatives?
Me- answered.
6. Biggest company in IT sector?
Me- answered.(TCS)
7. What is Atal Pension Yojana?
Me- answered
8. What is Suraksha Beema Yojana?
Me- answered
9. What is NPA?
Me- answered and it entailed questions related to SMA, Substandard account, Doubtful assets and S4A.
10. What is MSF?
Me-answered and the panelist asked what is the current MSF and that too I answered.
11. What is the boiling point of Oxygen?
Me- I did not answer (it was the tricky one).
12. What is your hobby?
Me- I answered and two questions were asked related to that and I answered both of them.
13. What is money market?
Me- I answered and questions related to capital market and IPO followed, I was able to answer them.
14. What are the main functions of RBI?
Me- answered in detail.
15. If a piece of ice cube is there in a glass of water, will the water level rise when it melts?
Me- I answered correctly that it will not, then the panelist asked why and I gave the reason for that.
Then they Thanked me and I also thanked them all starting with madam and came out of the conference room. My interview lasted for almost 15 minutes or may be 20 minutes and then I got my documents verified and came home.
What will be the cut off for GDPI out of 100 ?
word limit for both eassy and letter in bob was 150 words each? kindly confirm me
I do not have the experience letter but by mistake I mentioned it in my application. All I have is payslips and resignation acceptance mail. Will there be any problem? Experienced people please clarify.
If you get selected for BOB Manipal Programme are you going to join it or wait for IBPS PO because of loan amount and bond?

Guys pls help me. I am trying to find out the reviews of BOB Manipal Programme. I found some reviews on Quora but in every review they are complaining like it's not good and people should not join this. Seems like they are taking out their frustration. These things are making me confused. And I am also sure that you are also going through the same dilemma becuase 4 lakh is not some less amount that you can pay just like that. So pls I request you all if you know about this course and if someone you know already completed this course or pursuing it then pls share your reviews here. It will be really helpful for everyone of us.
