If salary of all PSB are same then why BOB is offering approximate salary of Rs.8 lakh after training instead of around Rs.5 lakh??

last year 3 batch bolkar 2 batch kyun daale the unhone?issbar bhi aisa hi karenge kye?
This is for those who keep on cursing BoB for not declaring result and keep calling and mailing them...... Exam conducted on 27th May and results out on 7th June..................... Psychometric completed by 17th June.....Interview call letter out by 27 June..............Interview conducted 10 July to 16 July........ They gave 7 days time for people who did not submit documents at time of gd/pi means 16 july se 7 din count kro to 23rd july........................ That means the real process completes by 23rd july.................. Kitne din hue uske bad boliye jo log itna impatient ho rhe hai result k liye....................Banking is the only government sector in India where results are declared so quickly..................... So instead of cursing anyone for delaying results just give a logical look into your behaviour.
By the ways Its quality of we Indians to curse each and everything lekin kabhi khudme kamiye nae dikhti..................................................

Total 6024 candidate shortlisted for interview. But in advertisement likha hua hai 1:4 selected for interview. That means seat jyda hai approx 1500.kyoki humesha 4800+ hii aata thaa result. Iss baar Aisa kyo.
