लगता है इसी तरह लगता है BPSC 2017 अब केस मे फंसा कर minimum 5 साल delay या cancel होगा Exam bhi ho gaya tha फिर भी cancel ho gaya STET BIHAR देखो प्रूफ Cause 1. बिहार के पास अब पैसा ही नहीं है बिहार सरकार के पास अब पैसा ही नहीं है ( no wine, no petrol tax, no industry tax)
