People are fighting for the Grade pay of the job.... Let me clarify you guys.... Assistant - Level 5 job hai, But salary Central government ke hisaab se level 6 ki hai... Yahan Grade pay 4200 ki hai... JAC - Level 4 ki job hai, But salary Central government ke hisaab se level 5 ki hai.... Yahan Grade pay 2800 ki hai (But aisa lagta hai bihar government yahan 3200 ki GP deti hai)..... Maybe Bihar is Following a level more than central government... However not sure.... But salary aachi hai... Now come to Pre and Mains..... Unhone aisa bola hai ki they may conduct Pre if candidate is more than 15k.... "May be" ka matlab to samjh loo guys... Woo nahi bhi conduct kar sakta hai.... They are conducting in batches, and Normalization process use kar ke merit list niklega... simple.... The reason they are not conducting exam in 2 tiers is simple - 1 - Cost for conducting multiple Exams is huge 2 - Their target is to complete a exam in 75 days. 3 - Normalization is the process accepted globally
